Simple expectations protect the creative process, the schedule and your final performance. The confirmed quote and project brief remain the final reference for every booking.
50% CONFIRMS THE PROJECT
Submitting the form is a request, not an automatic booking. MIXOO first confirms availability, scope and the final quote. A 50% deposit secures production; the remaining 50% is due after approval and before delivery of the final files.
COMPLETE INPUT, BETTER RESULTS
Send all songs, legally sourced audio files, timestamps, preferred order, final duration, deadline and creative direction before production begins. Streaming links may be used as references, but MIXOO may request properly sourced audio files.
TWO ROUNDS INCLUDED
The standard package includes two revision rounds within the approved creative direction. New songs, major structural changes or a different brief introduced after production starts may require a revised quote and timeline.
PRODUCTION STARTS AFTER APPROVAL
The standard production window begins only after the deposit, complete files and approved brief are received. The standard package requires at least 10 days. Earlier deadlines are Express requests, subject to availability and an additional fee.
WAV + MP3 AFTER FINAL PAYMENT
Preview files may be supplied for review. Final high-quality WAV and MP3 files are released once the mix is approved and the remaining balance has been paid. Project files and editable sessions are not included unless agreed separately.
YOU KEEP RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MUSIC
MIXOO charges for editing, production and sound-design services—not for the sale or licensing of copyrighted music. Clients must have the necessary rights or lawful access to all supplied material and are responsible for performance, venue and distribution permissions.
RESERVED TIME IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Once production has started, the deposit covers reserved studio time and work already completed and is normally non-refundable. If MIXOO cannot undertake an accepted project, any unearned payment will be returned.

By paying the deposit, the client confirms the approved scope, pricing and these project terms. Final legal wording should be reviewed for the country in which MIXOO operates before public launch.
